• After deposit($100) is paid with troop and registration is started you can pay balance to troop or directly to SANH via CC(fee applies)

• Early Bird cost has to be paid in full before 3/13/26 = $590.00 (AOL Crossover $565.00)

• Regular cost has to be paid in full before 5/31/26 = $610.00 (AOL Crossover $585.00)

• Late fee cost paid after 5/31/26 = $635.00 (AOL Crossover $610.00)

Payments:

• Payments to troop need 1 week processing time. Please allow for this in your payment timing.

• Payments can be made with Venmo, cash or check to Troop 603

Additional Information:

• BSA Med forms will be requested and filled out through CampDocs.  Look for an email after registration to fill our med form. 

• Program guide for classes will be done through your SANH registration.  Adam will send login link and password.

Payment assistance

Troop 603 believes that all scouts should be able to attend a week of summer camp.  If you are in the need of financial assistance please contact Adam Godbout.  Hidden Valley will likely also have assistance from the council.
